Q. How fast can I get my order?
A. Well...that depends on what we are doing for you. We offer a variety of services, and each department has a different time frame. Overall, we tell customers "two working weeks", HOWEVER, we usually get the job done much quicker. We will work with you to meet your deadline.
Q. Can I expedite my order?
A. Sure, but you may not need to. We work hard to turn our orders around quickly. On a few extreme instances, we may charge a "Rush" fee. But because we don't delay one customer to meet another customers goal, the fee is used to pay our staff for additional hours.
Q. What do you do?
A. We specialize in the mediums of heat pressing vinyl, embroidery and screen printing. We also work with a variety of vendors to supply a quality affordable sublimated product.
Q. Are you local?
A. Yes! Our owners are long time Mesa residents and have raised their children here too.
Q. What are your fees?
A. We wish this was an easy answer. Because of our work being custom, there are many variables that go into pricing.
Q. Do you have team discounts?
A. Yes! And it doesn't matter if your team is on a court, field or business office, we offer volume discounts.

Q. Are you associated with Arizona Batting Club
A. We have the same owners, but we are two separate stores. While AZBC is baseball and softball, BATMD Athletics works with multiple teams and businesses valley wide. This is especially beneficial for the baseball and softball teams as working with us qualifies them for the Community Discount program at Arizona Batting Club.
Q. What do I need to know before contacting you?
A. You really don't have to know a lot, but remember the more information we have the more accurate we can be on your quote. Things like quantity, sizes, and type of embellishments are a good starting point.
Q. Do you have a store?
A. Yes! Our sales people have years of experience in the industry. If you don't know what you want, come on in and shoot the breeze with one of our experienced staff to help you through the brain storming process. They can help get those creative juices flowing.
